Return
- The return policy does not apply to masks, innerwear, or accessories.
- The return request will be rejected if the tags or garment are tampered with in any way.
- Drop the Return request for any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Labels, tags, barcodes, and product packaging should be original. In the case of missing or tampered-with items, the Quality Check will reject the return/refund request.
- One or more items from the same order can be returned.
- Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will process the refund.
Refund
- Bloomingbazaar takes 5-7 business days to process a refund
- You will receive a refund automatically through the payment method you used.
- An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to you.
- Refunds are initiated once QC is passed.
Cancellation
Upon placing an order on bloomingbazaar, you can cancel it at any time until it cannot be fulfilled. The items cannot be canceled once they have been marked as ready to ship. We request you accept the order and return it later if the items are shipped or in transit.
